Teehaus Stuttgart
Located in the south of Stuttgart in the Weissenburg Park, the tea house is a nice place to
escape the busy city and to enjoy the beautiful view over Stuttgart. It was built in 1913 by the
archeologist and industrialist Ernst von Sieglin who gave this lovely little house to his wife for
having tea-parties, but also used to gather with other archeologists in the marble hall below it.
Today, there is still a little café in the tea house which is open during spring and summer
time.
How to get there: From the main station take U5, U6 or U7 to stop “Am
Bopser”. From there, it is a 7 minutes’ walk uphill.

Built between 1704 and 1733 during the rule of Duke Eberhard Ludwig, the Residential
Palace is one of the greatest German baroque palaces still around today: it has got 452
rooms spread over 28 buildings. It is called the "Swabian Versailles" and used to be the
residence of the kings of Württemberg. Today, state receptions and cultural events are still
held in the palace theatre and in the assembly room of the Residential Palace. Stroll through
the building phases from the laying of the cornerstone up until today.
