It is a strengths-focused, trauma-informed program. If a family is determined to be eligible for the program, a GIFTS Case Manager will work closely with that family to assist in: Finding resources Navigating cross-system needs Identifying family strengths and goals Offering consistent support and advocacy To find out more about the program or determine eligibility, give us a call at our toll-free number or fill out our First Step Form.
