At Galeta, we create award winning, Bread 4 Pastries 8 handmade treats at our home in Hackney. Scones 9 In 2011, our first market stall on the King’s Pastéis de nata 10 Road sold out in just two hours. Since then, Muffins 12 Traybakes 13 we’ve stayed true to our roots. We only use Loaf cakes 14 the freshest natural ingredients and only Doughnuts 16 bake the treats that most excite us. Bread 100% Seeded rye Our signature house range has something for every table, counter, or deli. Sourdough Allow 48hrs. Pastel Our multi award winning Pastéis de nata are handcrafted using the original recipe de nata smuggled from the Jerónimos monastery in Lisbon, over three hundred years ago.
