WEST DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP RECYCLING GUIDELINES West Deptford Township has converted to Single Stream Recycling. This is a system which allows residents to mix all recyclable materials together in one or more containers. All cardboard must be recycled. Large cardboard boxes need to be broken down and placed next to your recycling can. DO NOT USE CARDBOARD BOXES AS A TRASH CONTAINER. On trash day, place your recycling container and cardboard adjacent to your trash cans at the curbline, but not so close that the container is difficult to see or reach. The Township also collects other recyclable items such as leaves, asphalt, concrete and wood waste.
