The YES PREMIA Credit Card is enabled with contactless technology, facilitating
fast, convenient and secure payments at retail outlets.You can use your card to
make quick transactions at merchant locations accepting contactless cards.
• There is no need to enter your card PIN. The card needs to be touched or
kept near the reader*
• The card never leaves your hand, thereby reducing the risk of card loss or
counterfeit
• Payments are supported by state-of-the-art multi-level security protections,
which safeguard your card transactions
• For merchants not accepting contactless transactions, CHIP & PIN transactions
work seamlessly

Fuel Surcharge Waiver*
Enjoy fuel surcharge waiver at all fuel stations across India, for transactions

Add-On Cards
Being a Primary YES BANK Credit Cardmember, you can avail up to 3 add-on
YES BANK Credit Cards for your spouse, parents, siblings, son and/or daughter
(over 18 years).
Zero Lost Card Liability
Simply call us at our 24x7 YES TOUCH Customer Care Number and report the loss
of your Credit Card. We will immediately block your card and deliver a new card.
Any fraudulent transactions after reporting the loss will be covered. Kindly make
sure to file an FIR for the lost/stolen card at the nearest police station and send us
the acknowledgement copy, along with a written confirmation.
If you happen to recover the card after having reported it as lost/stolen, please do
not use it. Cut it into 4 pieces, at least once through the magnetic strip and CHIP,
and return it to us with a covering letter.
*Total waiver in a statement cycle is capped at `250.
12INSURANCE COVERAGE Credit Shield The outstanding amount on your YES PREMIA Credit Card is covered to an extent of `2.5 Lakhs, in case of accidental death of Primary Cardmember. *Please visit www.yesbank.in for detailed Terms & Conditions on Insurance Cover. 13

• Before signing or using your card, please make sure that you read the
'Cardmember Agreement’ document available on the E-Welcome kit section
on the YES BANK Credit Card pages. This will help you understand your
card better and make the best use of it. Please refer to the YES BANK

• This card is for your use only. Do not surrender your card to anyone even if they
claim to represent the Bank
• You can choose to set up your own PIN by using YES BANK NetBanking or YES
Mobile App
• Do not disclose your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to anyone
• Always carry the telephone number of our 24x7 YES TOUCH Customer Care

14AUTHENTICATING YOUR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
You have an option to set a password of your choice or use a One-time
Password for authentication of your online transactions.
A) Authentication using MasterCard SecureCode:
MasterCard® SecureCode™ is an easy to use, secure online payment service on
your YES BANK Credit Card, that lets you shop online securely with a password of
your choice. To generate your 3D Secure Password, please log on to www.yes.bank
B) Authentication Using One-time Password (OTP):
Online transactions on YES BANK Credit Card are more convenient with One
Time Password (OTP) authentication. Please select OTP as authentication option
during online transactions. The OTP shall be sent to your registered mobile number.
15PAYING YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL
For YES BANK Account Holders:
• NetBanking / Mobile Banking: Register yourself for the YES BANK NetBanking
/ Mobile Banking facility and make Credit Card payments online
• ATM Funds Transfer: You can transfer funds from your Savings/Current Account
to your Credit Card Account at any YES BANK ATM
• Standing Instructions: You can submit written instructions, to automatically
debit a pre-determined portion of your monthly outstanding from your
Savings/Current Account to your Credit Card Account
For All Customers:
• NEFT: You can make your payment through NEFT fund transfer mode from other
bank accounts. Use IFSC code:YESB0CMSNOC
• Cheque Payment: You can make your YES BANK Credit Card payment by
cheque, quoting your 16-digit Credit Card Number, and drop the cheque at any of
our drop boxes in your city. Please mention your name and mobile number at the
back of the cheque
• NetBanking: Make payment through any bank NetBanking account, using BillDesk
facility at www.yesbank.in
• Cash Payment: You can also make payment through Cash at YES BANK
Branches. Please refer to the Schedule of Charges in the Most Important Terms &
Conditions for charges applicable for cash payments
• YES Mobile App: You can pay through your YES BANK Savings Account or any
other bank account.
• YES Pay App: You can also pay your Credit Card bill with your YES BANK
account or any other bank account using UPI*
