About the Conference Venue AOMCTS 2019 will be held at the University of Toronto, Canada! The conference as well as the technology showcase will be held at historical Hart House building. The University of Toronto is a globally top-ranked public research university in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Founded by royal charter in 1827 as King's College, the first institution of higher learning in the colony of Upper Canada, University of Toronto predates Canada itself. Historic Hart House Building AOMCTS 2019 will be held at the University of Toronto's St George Campus. The conference as well as the technology showcase will be held at the historical Hart House building. Established in 1919, Hart House is the earliest student center in all of North America. It houses over 200,000 square foot of libraries, debate rooms, and fitness center. The Collegiate Gothic-revival complex was the work of architect Henry Sproatt, who worked alongside decorator Alexander Scott Carter, and engineer Ernest Rolph, and subsequently designed the campanile at its southwestern corner, Soldiers' Tower. Great Hall The conference will be held at the Great Hall in Hart House. This beautiful Gothic style room has soaring ceilings with great bronze chandeliers, tall glass windows, marble floors and oak paneling, making it Hart House's signature space. Payment and Invoicing Following receipt of the duly completed Sponsor Agreement form, OMCTS will prepare an invoice for the conference sponsorship fee. A copy of the invoice will be sent by e-mail in a pdf format. Payment will be due within 7 days of receipt of the invoice and can be made by any of the following methods. Cancellation Policy This Sponsor Agreement may be cancelled by the agreement signatory, with no penalty, within seven calendar days of receiving the confirmation receipt of the Agreement from AOMCTS. If the request for cancellation is received by AOMCTS later than seven, but within 15 calendar days of receiving the confirmation, the sponsor must pay 25% penalty charge of the applicable fee. Cancellations made after this 15-day period will be subjected to a penalty charge of 50% of the applicable fee. If the cancellation is, however, made during the 14 calendar days prior to the opening date of the event, the penalty will be 100% of the fee. Acceptance The undersigned hereby accepts the terms and conditions set forth in this Sponsor Agreement for the Air and Odor Management Conference & Technology Showcase to be held in Toronto, Canada, September 2019.
