performance. Some restrictions apply. Please note: Ticket exchanges for DEAR EVAN HANSEN must be completed no
later than 72 hours prior to your performance, subject to availability. Exchanges for all other shows must be made at
least 48 hours prior to showtime.
Subscriber ticket exchanges and access to additional tickets may be restricted for HAMILTON. 7-show packages do
not include HAMILTON.

ABOUT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
Should you lose or misplace your printed tickets, you can call us at 800.952.6560 (Mon-Fri, 9am-
5pm) or stop by the Hobby Center Box Office with photo ID. Alternatively, you can view your
tickets electronically on your mobile device when accessing your online account.
Please note: Any lost or stolen tickets for HAMILTON will not be reprinted in advance and must
be claimed either at the will call window two hours prior to the performance with photo ID or
viewed on your mobile device by accessing your online account.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS / PHONE / EMAIL
To ensure you receive important information on a timely basis, please be sure to notify us of
any changes to your email, phone number, or address. You can edit your contact information by
accessing your account online or emailing us at HoustonService@BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com.
If you would prefer to send your changes by mail, please send to: Broadway at the Hobby Center,

REFUND POLICY
Should you miss your performance; a refund will not be issued. We will attempt to
accommodate you with seats to another performance of the same show, subject to availability.

EXCHANGING AND PURCHASING
ADDITIONAL TICKETS
If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance,
you may, as a subscriber, exchange your tickets for another
performance of the same show, while supplies last. Subscribers
also have the exclusive benefit of purchasing additional tickets to
most shows before the public on sale.
Additional ticket orders for DEAR EVAN HANSEN are limited to four
(4) tickets per account, billing address, or credit card. Additional
ticket orders for most other shows are now limited to eight (8)
tickets. Ticket limits, subscriber ticket exchanges and access
to additional tickets may be restricted for HAMILTON. More
information will be shared closer to the engagement.

You must have your tickets in hand for exchanges by phone or in person. When exchanging from a lower to a higher
priced seating location or performance, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange.
Exchanges resulting in a refund will be processed in 5-7 business days.
Ticket exchanges for most shows must be completed 48 hours prior to your performance or by 5 PM on Friday for
Sunday performances. Ticket exchanges for DEAR EVAN HANSEN must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to
your performance, subject to availability. Due to the popularity of some shows, ticket exchanges may not be available
or only available for a limited window of time. Subscriber ticket exchanges and access to additional tickets may be
restricted for HAMILTON.

IMPORTANT SHOW INFORMATION
Please be advised that productions begin promptly at the time stated on your ticket,
and most shows dictate a seating hold at the start of every performance.
TICKETS FOR CHILDREN: A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show,
regardless of age. JERSEY BOYS contains authentic, “profane Jersey language” and is
recommended for ages 12+.
SECURITY CHECK
For your safety and security, walk through detectors will be in use and all bags are subject to
inspection before entering the theater. Oversized bags, luggage and backpacks may not be
permitted inside the theater. For a full list of prohibited items visit: TheHobbyCenter.org/Visit.
PARKING
Please plan to arrive an hour prior to your performance. High attendance at the Hobby
Center and other events downtown will limit available parking spaces in participating
garages. Parking is available in both the Hobby Center garage and Theater District garage
(detailed map below). It is very likely that the Hobby Center garage and valet parking will
reach capacity and close prior to the show start time. Valet and Hobby Center garage
parking is subject to availability.
Lexus drivers enjoy complimentary valet parking courtesy of your Houston Area Lexus

PREFERRED SELF-PARKING PASS
Premium Seating Subscribers: Please note, your self-parking pass is accepted at both the
Hobby Center and Theater District Garages for complimentary self-parking only. This pass
does NOT guarantee parking and is not redeemable for cash. Your parking pass must be
scanned for both entry and exit at the Theater District Garage. Value of self-parking pass
cannot be applied to valet.
