Meet Ms. Leiva Welcome to 5th grade! I am so excited to get to know and love each of you. A little about me...I grew up in Kenner and Metairie, LA. I attended Southeastern Louisiana University where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. This will be my fifth year teaching ELA at Luling Elementary School. Over the summer, I taught two forms of virtual summer school and am well prepared in the event we must return to virtual learning at any point this school year. I have one son, love exercising, am an avid member of the Who Dat Nation, enjoy traveling, and can’t wait to support each of you in being the best learners you can be!
