And the best part is, we do all the work - so you can simply relax and enjoy the most important day of your life! What is a ‘Pop-Up Wedding’? Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings was originally formed in 2012 offering simple, beautiful ceremonies – and has since grown to include everything you need for an absolute dream wedding. From celebrants, photographers and venues to DJs, food trucks, photobooths, flowers and your own personal coordinator to pull it all together, a pop-up wedding allows you to create YOUR wedding, YOUR way. Our vision is to give Adelaide’s bridal couples the gift of a spectacular wedding that is personal, romantic, stress-free and most importantly, fun! Choose a simple elopement, a lavish ceremony or an all-inclusive reception – at one of our venues or your own – then choose the special extras you need to complete your own fairytale. As you plan your pop-up wedding, your very own team of experienced wedding professionals will be by your side every step of the way, ensuring you enjoy worry-free planning and total confidence in a perfect wedding day. How do I plan my Pop-Up Wedding? Step 1 – Choose from our three types of packages: Option A (ceremony only), Option B (a ceremony PLUS reception at one of our venues) or Option C (ceremony or ceremony PLUS reception at your own home or DIY venue). Step 2 – Download the information package that best suits your needs, plus our detailed ‘Pop-Up Extras’ package. Step 3 – Choose the package and ‘extras’ you need. Option A – our Pop-Up Ceremonies The Perfect Pop-Up Ceremony Priced from $2650 ($2850 2021, $2995 in 22)*, including venue, celebrant and photography. Our original and most popular ceremony package, your Perfect Pop-Up Ceremony includes a dream wedding ceremony for up to 100 guests, including: • two-hours of venue hire at ANY of our beautiful pop-up ceremony venues (see page 7) • classic ceremony décor including all setup/pack down, 20 ceremony chairs and a white-clothed signing table • one of our award-winning celebrants, including creation and delivery of a personalised ceremony, professional PA system with microphone and music input, full support and all legal paperwork • two hours of professional photography, including a gallery of at least 75 edited, high resolution, non-watermarked images, PLUS sneak peek images shared on Facebook within a week of your special day • support every step of the way from your own passionate and experienced wedding planning team. Personalise using our ‘Extras’ package – or choose one of our PLUS venues, and add a reception to follow! ‘Just the Two of Us’ Elopement Priced from $1595 ($1795 2021, $1945 in 22)* including venue, celebrant and photography. This micro-wedding package is ideal for a simple, elegant elopement with up to 15 guests, and includes: • 90 minutes of venue hire at Utopia @ Waterfall Gully, Glanville Hall or The Red Gate • your choice of secluded indoor and outdoor elopement locations, set with a signing table and chairs • one of our award-winning celebrants, including creation and delivery of a personalised ceremony, a professional PA system with microphone and music input, full support and all legal paperwork • an hour of professional photography, including a gallery of at least 30 edited, high resolution, non-watermarked images, PLUS sneak peek images shared on our Facebook page within a week of your special day • a mini bottle of French bubbly to toast your magic moment • support every step of the way from your own passionate and experienced wedding planning team. Personalise using our ‘Extras’ package – or choose Utopia or Glanville Hall and add a ‘micro-receptions’ to follow! The Make it Legal Signing Say no to the registry office - and ‘I do’ to a simple, beautiful alternative! $695 Legal Signing Only ($795 2021, $895 in 22 - add $100 for weekends) Sign and lodge your legal marriage paperwork with up to 10 witnesses at Utopia @ Waterfall Gully or Glanville Hall. Includes a professional celebrant to lodge all legal paperwork and to lead your signing and a mini bottle of French bubbly to toast. This is a simple sharing of legal vows and signing of your legal marriage paperwork - not a fully customised and presented ceremony. External photography is not permitted. $795 Signing and Micro Celebration at Utopia ($895 2021, $995 in 22 - add $100 for weekends) Say your legal vows and lodge legal marriage paperwork as above - then stay on for a romantic, leisurely three-course lunch with a mini bottle of French bubbly to celebrate. Includes time at Utopia for your signing and meal – add up to 10 extra guests for $49pp. Capture your ‘Make it Legal’ signing! Add a full hour of professional pop-up wedding photography - including extended venue time, permits and a gallery of at least 30 edited, high resolution images for just $495. *$200 surcharge applies for all weekend pop-up ceremonies. Option B – our ‘Pop-Up PLUS’ Ceremony + Receptions Our Pop-Up PLUS packages have been designed to help you hold a spectacular wedding ceremony PLUS reception at one of our incredible ‘PLUS’ venues (listed below). Each PLUS venues offers exceptional service, stunning spaces and a unique range of all-inclusive packages to suit every style and budget. Head to our website, download the specific information packages for your preferred venue, then choose from a wide range of PLUS options including breakfast, lunch, high tea, cocktail-style, dinner and even food truck receptions. What is included in a ‘Pop-Up PLUS’ Package? Starting from just $4650 complete ($4950 2021, $5250 in 22*), all Pop-Up PLUS packages include: • a professional celebrant, including all legal paperwork and creation/presentation of your own customised ceremony • professional ceremony PA system with microphone and music input • professional photography and a full electronic gallery of edited, high resolution, non-watermarked images • a luxury reception package at one of our award-winning venues - including all food, beverage and service • classic and beautiful ceremony and reception décor • support every step of the way from your own passionate and experienced wedding coordination team! Our terms and conditions – please read! • All bookings are subject to venue availability. • $200 surcharge applies for ALL weekend pop-up and pop-up PLUS bookings. • A strictly non-refundable booking payment is required to secure your event with Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings. This secures your date, venue (if applicable) and package suppliers. Non-refundable booking payments are as follows: - payment in full to secure a ‘Make it Legal’ signing - $500 for a ‘Just the Two of Us’ elopement - $750 for a ‘Pop-Up Ceremony – Anywhere’ - $1000 for a ‘Perfect Pop-Up Ceremony’ (add $250 for Botanic Park, Adelaide Botanic Gardens or Adelaide Zoo) - $1500 for any ‘Pop Up PLUS’ ceremony and reception package. • Due to higher venue hire costs, Pop-Up Weddings held at Botanic Park, Adelaide Botanic Gardens and Adelaide Zoo incur venue surcharges and higher deposit payments. Packages are priced from $3100 on weekdays ($3300 2021, $3500 in 22) and $3300 on weekends ($3500 2021, $3700 in 22). These venues also require an additional $250 booking payment. • Your final account balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your wedding date. • Due to the significant administrative costs involved, we do not offer payment plans or instalments. We suggest our couples open an online savings account and make regular transfers to save during the planning period. • You will be provided with your gallery of high resolution, non-watermarked images within six weeks of your wedding day. We will also share up to10 sneak peek photos on our Facebook page within a week of your wedding.
