Burkleigh House offers the perfect intimate venue to host your dream
wedding.
Upon driving through our gates, you and your guests will be whisked
away from the hustle and bustle of city life as you are greeted by the
tranquility of our large lush gardens; beautiful water features
and carefully sourced and selected antique furnishings and finishes.
Our breathtakingly stunning luxury bridal suite awaits the bride and her
entourage for the day’s preparations and, after a romantic turndown, will
double as the newlyweds Honeymoon suite for the night of the wedding.
Burkleigh House is renowned for its beautiful gardens, making it an ideal
haven to share your vows, and providing many excellent photo
opportunities throughout the year for the most beautiful wedding photos.
The glass-roofed conservatory reception venue opens up fully onto the
beautiful garden surroundings and relaxing sounds of our feature water
fountain whilst providing the peace of mind of a closed roof venue for all
weather conditions. A statement crystal chandelier finish off the elegant
design to create a dramatically romantic setting for your reception.
Absolutely EXCLUSIVE use of the wedding venue is provided to you on
your wedding day, and the Burkleigh House team is dedicated to giving
each couple and their guest’s exceptional service and support; and making
each and every wedding uniquely memorable!

Venue Hire:
R28,000.00
• Exclusive use of the venue for 12 hours (end strictly 24h00 –
lockdown restriction dependant).
• Basic setup of reception venue (standard wooden tables, standard
wooden chairs, white tablecloths, standard crockery, standard cutlery,
standard glasses).
• Cake table and gift table.
• Bridal suite for the bride’s preparation on the wedding day
(including one night’s bed and breakfast accommodation for bride and
groom with romantic turndown).
• Groom’s suite for the groom’s preparation on the wedding day.
• Beautiful landscaped garden setting for capturing your special
moments.
• Maximum capacity: 60 guests
