Accommodation with Delfin Your accommodation is a really important part of your experience when studying abroad. It’s a good idea to book at least a few weeks of accommodation with the school at the start of your programme, to make sure you have somewhere to stay when you arrive. At Delfin we want to make sure that you choose the best option for your needs. We have a range of possibilities to suit your budget and requirements. HOUSESHARE WITH DELFIN Need to know All of our house share are in Zone 2. It takes 25-40 minutes to get to school Bookings must be for full weeks and start on a Saturday or Sunday There are between 4 and 10 students per house Twin rooms are available for two people coming together Rooms are available with a private bathroom You must be over 18 You will receive the address of your house two weeks before arrival IT’S A REALLY GREAT AND CLEAN HOUSE. Living in London- What to Expect • London is BIG- This is a massive city. Travel times are longer than in many places. The ‘average’ travel time in London to work/school in 2014 was 45 minutes. • London is MULTICULTURAL- Londoners are a mix of people from all over the world- you will see many different faces, races, religions, cultures and languages every where you go, including at your accommodation. How to book • When you know what accommodation you want, and you have chosen your course, complete a booking form at www.delfinschool.com/London. • If you would like to be collected from the airport and taken to your accommodation by taxi, add this to your booking form. Airport transfers arranged by Delfin cost £95. • You will receive a fee calculation from us confirming that your accommodation is available and confirming the total cost. There is a £40 accommodation booking fee on every booking. • Pay your accommodation fees in full to confirm your booking and to secure your chosen accommodation. • If you have any questions, email or call us.
