John Ash & Co. We are excited about the opportunity to help you plan your special day,
and the enclosed materials will give you a better picture of our property and what we have
to offer.
        Whether you are planning a grand wedding for a few hundred special guests or an
intimate ceremony and reception for just a few, Vintners Inn is the quintessential Wine
Country venue for your special day. We are located five miles from Sonoma County Airport
(with daily Horizon Air flights from Seattle, Los Angeles, Portland and Las Vegas) and just 60
miles north of San Francisco. Surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and framed by
200 acres of lush vineyards, we offer a unique wedding setting. Vintners Inn is an intimate
boutique style hotel, with a Tuscan flavor. Our purpose built Event Center offers a truly
luxurious venue for 250 guests or more. John Ash & Co. provides an award winning
restaurant with the very best in Wine Country cuisine.
       Stroll past the hand crafted marble fountain and under the 35 foot bell tower,

         Vintners Inn Event Center interior features beautifully handcrafted ceilings, walls of
windows, exceptional wood and stone surfaces, vibrant wall coverings and rich fabric

        I will assist you in reserving everything from wedding showers and parties, rehearsal
dinner, guest rooms for your out-of-town guests in our 44-room Wine Country Inn, wedding
ceremony and reception, to the wedding night suite and brunch the day after. Our
personalized service will help make your wedding an unforgettable experience.

peruse, which includes a wedding dinner or lunch with three passed hors d’oeuvres and a
coursed meal created by our Executive Chef.

gardens and sycamore trees. Vintners Inn with John Ash & Co. is the ideal setting for an intimate
wedding or a larger celebration.

         Following your ceremony, guests will enjoy the award-winning wine country cuisine of John Ash
& Co. Begin your lives together in our serene, luxurious and elegant setting. Vintners Inn Event Center
interior features beautiful detailed ceilings, walls of windows, exceptional wood and stone surfaces,
vibrant wall coverings and rich fabric furnishings, not to mention lovely terraces surrounded by
vineyards, exquisite gardens and orchards of multitudes of flowers. We will assist you with every detail of
your wedding, from the wedding shower to rehearsal dinner, ceremony to reception. Features include:

        Your guests will be welcomed with passed hors d’ oeuvres and cocktails on the terrace, followed

well as many offering from elsewhere in the United States and from around the world. Our catering staff
will work with you to create a customized menu and appropriate wine selections for your wedding
reception.

Vintners Inn and John Ash & Co. Catering Information & Event Details

Food and Beverage
Vintners Inn with John Ash & Co. boasts an outstanding team of culinary professionals from our
Executive Chef and Pastry Chef to our award-winning wine director. All food and beverage
(excluding wine) must be provided exclusively through Vintners Inn and consumed on property.

Personalized Menu
Our Executive Chef will create a personal menu, consisting of 3 passed hors d’oeuvres and
coursed menu. Starting at $78.00 per person, this menu is complete. The wedding buffet starts at
$68.00 per person. Pricing is not inclusive of 21% service charge and current sales tax and
beverages. A la carte menus are available upon request.

Beverage Services
Vintners Inn and John Ash & Co. will provide a complete list of beverages for a hosted bar which
are priced based on the total consumption. A corkage fee of $20 will be charged per 750ml bottle
of wine not provided by Vintners Inn and John Ash & Co. Cash bars are permitted.

Service Charge & Sales Tax
A 21% service charge is added to all food and beverage as well as applicable current sales tax.
Gratuity is a direct reflection of our service and your satisfaction; therefore, it is at your discretion.

Resort Amenities
Complimentary wedding night accommodations are offered to the bridal couple. Room blocks at
our 44 room hotel are available at a group discount, based on availability, with overflow hotel
recommendations provided.

Wedding Coordination
We want to ensure that all of your plans run smoothly, therefore, we require you hire a professional
wedding coordinator for your special day.

Deposit
Once your ideal location is identified, a signed contract with an initial deposit of 50% of the facility
fee and food and beverage minimum is required to secure the space.

Vintners Inn Guest Room Information
Downstairs Patio Rooms
French doors lead to your private patio. Each room is unique with
sweeping views of the beautifully landscaped area and vineyards. Alcove
sitting areas, king sized bed with featherbed, refrigerator with stocked
Honor bar and oversized bathtub/shower combination are all charming
features of our patio rooms.

                            Upstairs Fireplace Rooms
                            Vineyard, landscape or views of flower gardens and vaulted
                            ceilings add to the charming ambiance of your upstairs fireplace
                            room. King sized bed with featherbed, fireplace, refrigerator with
                            stocked Honor bar and oval oversized tubs are features that make
                            this spacious room a favorite for returning guests.

Balcony Rooms
Overlooking the fountain and courtyard below, your vaulted-ceiling room
is spacious and comfortable. King sized bed with featherbed, sleeper
sofa, large chairs, refrigerator with stocked Honor bar and oversized
bathtub/shower combination is all luxurious features of these top floor
rooms.

                            Junior Suites
                            These junior suites feature expansive views. Double French doors
                            open to your private balcony or patio with sweeping vineyard
                            vistas. King-size bed with featherbed, fireplace and sitting area
                            with sleeper sofa, writing alcove, refrigerator with stocked Honor
                            bar, roomy bathroom with Jacuzzi Roman tub and separate
                            shower, 32" television with VCR and CD player, two-line telephones
                            and data port are more luxuries in these spacious suites.
