Dreams Eternity Honeymoon Package for both to be received complimentary and the free wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages. 15% discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or
offer. Please note, restrictions apply when combining the complimentary wedding package with the Groups Savings for Every Season & Group Savings that Clique.
Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within six months of the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within six months of the wedding date the wedding cannot be canceled without the penalty. The cancellation penalty is $100.

set-ups, reception options and romantic amenities to visualize the big day!
COUPLE’S EXPERIENCE:
P RIVATE SITE I NSP ECTI O N: Wedding couples receive a personal site inspection of the resort to help choose ceremony and
reception location options.
ONE-O N-O NE: All questions are answered in a private meeting with the resort’s wedding coordinator to ensure the couple’s vision for the
wedding day is realized.
RE CEIVE CR ED I T : After the site inspection, the couple receives a credit towards wedding extras for the wedding events, bachelorette/
bachelor party or the honeymoon if they book within 30 days of the return date.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Wedding couple can obtain this special rate by contacting their travel agent, tour operator or hotel directly for the couple to be eligible for the credits. All on-site meetings and site inspection dates and times must be confirmed with the wedding coordinator in advance of travel.
Resort Credit:
If wedding date is booked within 30 days of return date, the couple will receive: • $500 credit for wedding extras (for groups with minimum 45 room nights cumulative)
If the couple books their honeymoon within 30 days of return date, the couple will receive: • $100 credit to use towards their stay (minimum seven night stay).

The following requirements are for legal marriages only. The wedding coordinator must receive the following documents to begin the application for marriage
in the Civil Registry Office.
• Bride(s), Groom(s) and Witnesses must arrive 3 business days prior to the wedding day (Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays do not count). Symbolic and
non-legal ceremonies allow flexibility for arrival date.
* Valid passports. If the Bride(s) is divorced and kept her married name on her passport, please contact your wedding coordinator for more
information.
* Tourist Card (Received upon arrival at the airport)
* The names, addresses, nationalities, ages, occupation, relationship, copy of a tourist card and a valid identification of the four witnesses. The
Wedding Coordinator will fill out the legal form. The witnesses can be relatives, friends or anyone who has a valid passport.
• $300 plus tax (per couple) fee for blood test must be taken in Mexico. To be considered valid, the test should not be taken more than 14 days prior to
the ceremony. The blood will be tested for HIV, STD’s (sexually transmitted diseases) and blood type. The results will be ready in 24 hours together with a
certificate of the blood test. Your Wedding Coordinator will make those arrangements for you, usually early morning the day after arrival.
• Judge’s transportation fee. Round trip from the city is $80 plus tax.
• $500 plus tax for the city hall court fees and application process.
• Four Witnesses with valid passport & tourist card. The names, addresses, nationalities, ages, occupation, relationship, copy of a tourist card and a valid
passport of the 4 witnesses. Wedding Coordinator will send you the legal form. The witnesses can be relatives, friends or anyone with a valid passport. If you
don´t provide witnesses we can provide them. Confirm prices with the wedding coordinator.
• The Marriage Certificate is only valid in Mexico. To make the Marriage Certificate legal internationally, the Wedding Coordinator will send a copy of your
License to the Validation Process. The fee will be $165 plus tax. The process will take 2-3 months. Once the document is apostilled, the resort will send all
documentation to couples home address. Documents will be in Spanish but can be translated for an additional $100 plus tax (shipping fee is included).
