thentic Indian cuisine, you can rest assured knowing that your traditions and customs will be honored
and our dedicated on-site wedding coordinators will work diligently to create unique and dynamic
wedding events. Our Shaadi Package consists of six events over the course of three days and inclusive
of seventy five guests. Please work with your dedicated on-site coordinator to tailor these events, add
guests, or create additional events. We are at your service!

Private Site Inspection
Wedding couples will receive a personal site inspection of the resort, identifying ceremony and reception location options.
One-On-One
All their questions will be answered! The resort’s Wedding Coordinator will sit down with the couple to discuss the vision for the
wedding day including décor, menu options and more!
Receive Credit
The couple will receive credit to use towards wedding extras for wedding events, bachelorette party or the honeymoon if they book
30 days of their return date.
Terms and Conditions: Wedding couple can obtain this special rate by contacting their travel agent, tour operator or hotel directly for the couple
to be eligible for the credits.
All on-site meetings and site inspection dates and times must be confirmed with the wedding coordinator in advance of travel.
Resort Credit:
If wedding date is booked within 30 days of return date, the couple will receive:
• $500 credit for wedding extras (for groups with minimum 45 room nights cumulative)
If the couple books their honeymoon within 30 days of return date, the couple will receive:
• $100 credit to use towards their stay (minimum 7 night stay).

If it is necessary to ship boxes prior to the couples arrival, we suggest using either FEDEX or UPS and shipping everything a month and a half in advance to ensure all boxes clear customs. • Please be advised that food, animals, insects or natural flowers are not permitted to enter Mexico. • Label all boxes with your name and clearly specify the date you will be arriving. Breathless Riviera Cancun will deliver gifts to the guest’s rooms. There will be a $3.00 USD and 15% service fee per room. A complete list of all guests along with room numbers are required. Once the boxes have been shipped, please send an e-mail to the wedding coordinator with the following information to allow us to track the packages: • Bride’s name • Tracking number • Shipping company • Number of boxes Policy on Damages and Losses The property does not assume responsibility for any items, personal or professional, brought onto the resort prior to, during or after the wedding event. These include, but are not limited to, floral arrangements, decorations or equipment. PAY MENT P O L I CY Deposit Policy A $100.00 deposit is required to confirm and hold the requested wedding date for the Fr. This deposit can then be applied toward ceremony and/or reception upgrades which have been purchased in addition to the wedding package. If the wedding couple chooses not to purchase additional ceremony and/or reception amenities, the credit can then be applied toward any room charges upon check out, including but not limited to phone charges, spa treatments and logo shop purchases. Any remaining credit balance will be refunded in the form of the original payment. Cancellation Policy The wedding can be canceled six or more months prior to the confirmed date without penalties. If the wedding is canceled within six months, the non-refundable deposit will be kept as a penalty. Package Downgrade Policy For wedding packages that are downgraded within 6 months of the wedding date, the package cannot be downgraded without the penalty. The wedding package downgrade penalty is $500. When package is downgraded, the time of ceremony is subject to change based on availability. LE GAL REQ U I REMENT S
The following list of legal requirements are needed for legal marriage. The Breathless Riviera Cancun Wedding
Coordinator must receive the following documents to begin the application for marriage in the Civil Registry
Office.
• Copy of the Tourist Visa Card of the Bride, Groom and 4 witnesses- You will receive these upon arrival at
Cancun Int’l Airport.
• Bride & Groom Birth Certificates
• Valid Passports from the Bride, Groom and 4 witnesses (This is essential, otherwise the wedding cannot
be performed)
• Blood tests must be taken in Mexico and must be taken no more than 14 days prior to ceremony to be valid.
The blood will be tested for HIV, STD’s and blood type. The results will be ready in 24 hours and it will be
given to the wedding coordinator to complete the paperwork.
• The wedding couple and 4 witnesses must arrive 4 business days before the wedding
(Saturdays & Sundays do not count.
• A Legal Form must be completed with the names, addresses, nationalities, ages, occupations and
relationship
to Bride and Groom. The wedding coordinator will provide couple with the form.
• BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF THE BRIDE AND GROOM IS OPTIONAL
• This requirement is optional and it applies only if the Bride and Groom WANT the names of their parents to
appear on the Marriage Certificate
• If you decide to take this option the Birth certificate should be the one that has the names of the parents on
it, also the translation in to Spanish required. This document must be translated in to Spanish and should
be provided with “Apostille” stamp and it should be processed at hometown, service not available onsite. In
case that the Birth Certificate of the Bride & Groom doesn´t have the “Apostille” stamp. Parent´s name will
not appear on the Marriage certificate, the spaces for those names will be filled out as i.e(---)
• All requirements listed above must be brought to the first meeting with the wedding coordinator when you
arrive at the Resort (you and the coordinator will set up a time and place to meet)
