FAQ
Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests required in these quotes?
The prices quoted are based on 50—150 guests. If your guest count falls outside of those numbers,
we’d be delighted to provide a quote better suited to your event.

What is included in the per person pricing?
Included is the menu listed (or a similar menu created based on client preferences), serving staff
and cooks onsite to expedite the catered portion of the event, all flatware (white square plateware,
stainless steel cutlery). Additionally, there is an 18% service fee and HST charge on the per person
price

What sort of additional costs should we expect?
Depending on the venue, some extra equipment may be required to expedite the meal, such as an
oven or prep tables. Travel costs may be added depending on the location. Also, if set up of the
tables, chairs & linens are also required by our team, this would also be an additional labour fee.

Do you offer customized menus?
Definitely! Chef-Owner Stephen Treadwell would be delighted to discuss a custom menu based on
your ideas.

Do you provide tables, chairs & linen?
No, but we can recommend some fantastic vendors in your area that are experts in regards to these
types of rentals!
