Engagement Online Shop / Service gift certificates: A Family Participation AND Communication Tool Understanding that family and friends are always looking for considerate, more personal ways to support their loved ones, we created a solution! PS provides an online Shop where family and friends can connect directly with community residents by purchasing personalized, hand-delivered gift certificates either for specific services or for dollar-denominated contributions to a Resident’s designated ‘Celebration Account.’ The gift is immediately available for redemption, and the family or friend purchaser receives an email notification from PS each time we deliver a service. These gifting programs are also available to Partner communities who wish to offer salon services as an incentive to existing residents or to build census with future residents.

PS Design & Procurement DESIGN CONSULTATION AND SPACE PLANNING As part of our consultation service, we provide scaled salon layouts and furniture plans that optimize traffic and work flow, include specific equipment plans consistent with owner preferences, and offer suggestions to improve service profitability and overall amenity utilization. Our team does not replace licensed architects or designers on new development projects – we add value and help avoid risk through our collaboration. PROCUREMENT AND GROUP PURCHASING Whether for a single community or national purchasing department, we can procure all of your necessary salon and spa equipment and furnishings. We work with you if you need a single chair or dryer, are remodeling a salon and spa, or are looking for a large, national purchasing program.
