OUR CONCEPT & HISTORY WE WILL ROCK YOU Rock N Roll Sushi is the original American-style sushi experience founded on great food and rock 'n' roll— the only theme-restaurant chain in the world where local and loyal fans can experience the rock they love and the rolls they love with the ones they love. Our story began in Mobile, Alabama, as the dream of husband-and-wife team Lance and Gerri Mach Hallmark, who opened the first Rock N Roll Sushi restaurant in 2010. Since offering franchises in 2015, we've expanded across the Southeastern U.S. and beyond, bringing our family-friendly, polished yet casual, full-service concept restaurant to eight states and counting.
