             National activities:

             LODENFREY was the first big department store in Munich to be connected to our
             platform.

             Together with Kuffler Group, Germany’s biggest luxury restaurant chain, we introduced
             Mobile Payment on the Oktoberfest (Munich Beer Festival) in Munich in Kuffler’s wine
             tent in 2015!

             International activities:

             Together with our cooperation partners and subsidiaries we are
             strongly driving our white label and operator model forward.

             Banco de Sabadell became a distribution partner for Spain in May
             2015 and GTD Group in January 2016.

             Banco de Sabadell is the fourth largest Spanish bank and has a 45%
             market share in corporate banking.

             GTD Group is an international high-end technology company,
             developing systems in the aeronautics, energy, infrastructure, security
             and maritime industries.

             Turkey represents a very attractive market, with a young smartphone adept population and growing wealth. UMT TR has already
             launched a combined loyalty programme and payment app for Turkey’s biggest shopping mall Zorlu-Center in Istanbul, with over 210
             shops.

             In December 2015 UMT TR successfully launched the Platinum Masa mobile restaurant loyalty platform for VISA Turkey, combining a
             dining concierge service with effortless mobile payment.

             The goal was to reach more than 150,000 downloads, to integrate up to 500 restaurants, to enable iBeacon technology and to
             implement a register integration.
