Venture into this realm of silence, 50 metres down, on a high-tech Barbados / Submarine (1/2 day - morning) * submarine. Discover the coral reefs (sea fans, sponges) and fish (angel, butterfly, surgeon and boxfish, to name but a few). Day 2 - Saturday Barbados / Remote From sugar cane fields to tropical forest via the village of Bathsheba, you'll drive over dirt tracks through the most inaccessible parts of the Barbados in a 4x4 (1/2 day) island and see the finest views of the Atlantic coast. * Day 2 - Saturday Don't miss this opportunity to discover the treasures of the island known as the "Little England" of the Antilles, starting with Farley Hill, a Barbados / Little England very popular spot with the Barbadians, and Bathsheba, a small fishing village known worldwide for its great surfing waters. You'll end the (1/2 day) * trip with a visit to the 18th century Villa Sunbury, a former planters' villa with a sumptuous interior. Nestled at the foot of two extinct volcanoes and built around a deep natural harbour, Mindelo is the cultural centre of the archipelago. You Day 9 - Saturday will be able to explore the most important sites and monuments of this little city and visit the African market, known as Praça Estrela, in Mindelo - Mindelo et Baia whose shops you will find pretty paintings in the Portuguese style known as blue tails, as well as African crafts. After stopping off at the das Gatas * Capvert souvenir shop, you will take the scenic route to the Bay of Cats where you can enjoy the uninterrupted view of the beach and the island's volcanoes. Your tour to the interior of Gran Canaria will take you first to visit the village of Agüimes; an old domain with pastel colours and pedestrian Day 12 - Tuesday streets dotted with sculptures. You will then go to the natural park of Guayadeque. This 15-km stretch of winding ravine is fascinating with Las Palmas : Gran Canaries landscapes (1/2 day) * its wild landscape and verdant slopes covered with native vegetation. You will encounter the many natural caves, formerly used by the islanders as dwelling or burial places.
