Tower Bridge Quarter – London SE1 OFFICE MARKET RETAIL MARKET COMMENTARY COMMENTARY SOUTHBANK OFFICE MARKET SOUTHBANK RETAIL MARKET The Southbank has been among the top performing submarkets in recent years, Tower Bridge Road and the surrounding streets, especially Shad Thames and with prime rents rising to £70.00 psf in 2020, up 7.7% on the previous year. Strong the river walk going east and west attract substantial footfall throughout the rental growth has been supported by a chronic undersupply of office stock in the year from local office occupiers, residents and tourists.
