services, and our dedicated professional staff will help guide you from pre-event planning through
the course of your event, ensuring a magical experience for all who participate.
Special Events
Our Walt Disney World® Golf professional staff can craft and conduct exciting Team Building
programs for any group. Some of our popular events include the Putting Relay, Putting Archery,
Long Drive, Hole-in-One Contest, or Night Skills Contests. These options can be coordinated during
a group’s arrival, opening reception, or whenever your schedule allows, and can be incorporated
with food and drinks from our talented culinary staff for a truly unique event.

Allow Walt Disney World® Golf to add even more magic to your memorable event with gifts and

Rental equipment is available at each of our golf courses so you don’t have
to lug clubs along on your trip! This also provides a perfect opportunity to
“test drive” a different brand. The latest equipment from TaylorMade Golf is

Vehicle Services Include:
Mears Transportation Group, in conjunction with Arnold Palmer Golf Management, is pleased to offer • Charter, Golf Package, or Round-Trip

Option I
Charter vehicles will transfer the group from the Resort to the Course and are available to shuttle MOTOR COACH
throughout the day. Charter vehicles are a necessity for those who run late, those who must depart 1-54 guests with club storage underneath bus bay
the course early and when staggered tee times are scheduled, resulting in varying return times. A Option I - Charter Motor Coach

start, or closely scheduled tee times. At a predetermined, 3-hour time frame, the vehicle will operate
returns to the Resort from the Course, shuttling as necessary. The one-way vehicle stages 15 minutes MINI COACH
prior to the scheduled hotel depart time and must depart at the designated time. The golf package rate 1-25 guests with limited club storage in the back of vehicle
charter cannot be “broken up” into two separate portions. The 3-hour charter time frame must include Option I - Charter Mini Coach
$675.50 for a 7 hour charter / $482.50 for a 5 hour charter
