It is tough to know what to do with all the styles and choices that have never-ending changes. This guide will help you navigate the trends. PAGE 3 EASE YOUR CONCERNS 2021 Trends Transitional Furniture Base Style– This is the most important trend of all unless you are ultra-rich and can change everything out as the trends change, which they will. Most of us cannot afford to change furniture with trends. So, the solution is transitional furniture as the base style. This is essentially simple line furnishings that can lean toward whatever style you put it with. Think, modern with Asian, modern with vintage, modern with French, modern with whatever style you like. This style is created by combining transitional base pieces with one or two additonal styles in one space, resulting in a cohesive design. Color: Grays are still popular but the overuse is making the color less appealing. The Pantone Color of the Year 2021 is Ultimate Gray and Illuminating. This is the familiar gray and bright yellow of a lemon peel. The grays popularity are moving into beiges. Are you wanting a change from the norm? Use calming and grounded earth tones.
