Ticketing Procedure 2018
How to access the event – General rules
Participation is subject to purchasing a valid entry ticket for one or for all three
days of the Event. There are two types of entry passes:
Pass type
Please note that :
Biker: to access the event by bike
› Participants can access the event
Visitor: to access the event as a passenger venue by bike regardless of the
or by foot brand
› Only Ducati bikes can access

Validity
3 days : Friday , Saturday and Sunday
1 day : one day of your choice (Friday,
Saturday or Sunday)

Pass and bracelets
Each participant will receive:

• One Entry Pass
• Two bracelets (one for each person
and one for the bike)
Visitor
• One Entry Pass
• One bracelet for each person (bike
passenger or participant by foot)

Free entrance for :
• Minors under 18 years old; minors can access the event only if accompanied by at least one adult
• Disabled visitors in possession of a disability certificate and for their companion;
• All participants from outside the EU (America, Africa, Middle East and Asia – Pacific region).

Passes can be purchased on

Each member uploaded on the
DCO platform and with the valid
consent to the processing of
personal data by Ducati, will
receive an e-mail containing a
personal discount code and the
link to the platform.

› For 3 days biker passes you should confirm if you are or
not a Ducati owner. This information is required for the
next opening of the booking procedure of the track
sessions.

13Museum and Factory visits The Ducati Museum and Factory can be visited free of charge both for online and onsite purchases. In case of online purchases, each person may purchase the same number of Museum & Factory tickets as for WDW2018. Group members must arrive together for the guided tour on the same day and at the same time. Opening hours to visitors: from 9 am to 6.00 pm. Guided visits of the factory will run continuously, on rotation, between 9.15 am and 4 pm. with the exception of Saturday 21 July 2018 when the company premises will be open from 9.15 am to 12 pm only. All proceeds will go to the Fondazione Ducati (Ducati Foundation). 14

17Delivery methods The following delivery methods for tickets are foreseen: › Home delivery: for tickets purchased up to July 6 2018; in this case, the courier will deliver a sealed envelope to the address provided by the purchaser as indicated on the registration form at the time of purchase. Delivery expenses to be borne by the purchaser. Shipments will be made as from May 7 2018. › Pick-up at the Misano Circuit's Accreditation Centre/Ticket Office: from 19 July to 22 July 2018 10.00 a.m. if home delivery was not requested, and for entry tickets purchased up to July 6, 2018 , 18

21Ducati Riding Experiences @WDW2018
Owners of 3-day passes can book up to 3 of the following sessions at
the Ducati Riding Experiences:
1. Exclusively for riders of Ducati bikes: track sessions, subject to
availability
2. DRE Academy sessions (DRE Safety and DRE Enduro) subject to
availability
3. Scrambler Days of Joy, subject to availability
4. Test rides of Ducati bikes (to be booked on site, subject to
availability);

Purchase methods
For online purchases of a 3-Day Biker/Visitor Pass, the participant will
receive an e-mail containing a Riding Experience Code.
The e-mail and Riding Experience Code will be required in order to book a
session.
Before the Event starts, the participant will receive an e-mail with
notification of the opening of the platform for the online booking of track
sessions. At that point the participant can enter the Riding Experience
Code and choose the date and time (subject to availability).
Each participant has the right to maximum three riding experiences.
The participant must be over 18, hold a valid licence and wear technical
suitable protective clothing.
