These cards include the security chip as well as the tap to pay ability. Jordan Credit Union began replacing these cards earlier this year. All members should have received new cards in the mail over the past few weeks. WHICH CARDS WERE REPLACED? All VISA cards issued by Jordan Credit Union will be upgraded to contactless (excluding ATM cards). I DIDN’T RECEIVE NEW CARDS • OPEN ALL MAIL Please open all mail from Jordan Credit Union. Cards arrive in discrete envelopes. • DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS Please make sure you have your correct address on file with JCU. Cards sent to incorrect addresses will not be forwarded. • INSTANT ISSUE PRIOR TO REISSUE If you received an instant issue card at one of our branches, a new card would not have been mailed to you.
At the beginning of 2021 JCU introduced a new savings account - our Ticket to Win SavingsTM account. Each month, a member of the credit union has a chance to win $500 while at the same time earning entries toward a grand prize of $5,000, which will be drawn at the end of each year. JCU is the first credit union in Utah with its own in-house saving to win program designed to encourage members to save for the future. This check was funded with proceeds from JCU’s annual Skip-A-Payment program. We are infinitely grateful to our members for their contributions and their desire to partner with us in giving back to the community.
