            experimenting and 4% use it as a strategic direction

                                              • Level 1 – “No experience” (76%). Nevertheless, 12% out
                                                of these companies are evaluating the technology.
                                              • Level 2 – “Experimenting” (11%). Trying to identify how it
                                                could be best applied to them – as well as which sub-
                                                technology and application model is right for their
