Application Procedure & Payment Terms Please forward all applications via email to: ASUM Office Suite 501, 11 Help Street Chatswood NSW 2067 Ph: +61 2 9438 2078 E: asum@asum.com.au Acceptance of sponsorship and exhibition applications will be subject to ASUM approval. ASUM reserves the right to decline applications based on any association, direct or indirect, that does not uphold ASUM’s objectives. An application does not warrant immediate acceptance, and should an application be accepted an invoice will be issued. All monies due and payable must be received by ASUM prior to the event commencing. No company will be listed as a sponsor or supporter in any official material until completed and signed booking form and full payment has been received. When completing the application form please indicate in order of priority your three location preferences. The Secretariat will make every effort to allocate you to one of preferences. Allocations will also be considered based on major sponsors and then on a first-come first-served. Please indicate on the booking form whether you require raw space only (for a custom stand) or shell scheme. ASUM reserves the right to re-assign exhibitors to different locations, should this be necessary, to accommodate all exhibitors and to provide the best possible exhibition.
