LEAGUE RULES TEAM SELECTION FOR MATCHES • Each league has a similar but individual set of rules. There will be clear regulations that govern how many times a squad player can play up or down. • The teams may have different philosophies on the reasons for having the teams. It is assumed that the stronger the team the more the emphasis is on trying to field the strongest team possible for each match to win. PLAYERS PLAYING FOR MULTIPLE CLUBS • The weaker and therefore the more social the team is then the emphasis becomes more about giving everyone a game. • Traditionally previous Captains have had strong views regarding this and have requested that these players do not play against Stoke Park. We are happy for this • At the beginning of the season a spreadsheet will be circulated to the team squad to changed if there is a consensus of the team. and players indicate their availability for each match. The Captain then selects the team for each match based on this.
