WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DOCUMENTATION?
We are excited to announce that we will be issuing e-tickets for each guest in Tattenham Straight Hospitality. Detailed
instructions of how to download the e-tickets will be emailed to the booker.
DO E-TICKETS NEED TO BE PRINTED?
No, e-tickets can be scanned directly from a mobile phone.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO ACCESS THE RACECOURSE AND TATTENHAM STRAIGHT HOSPITALITY?
Your e-ticket will gain you access to the racecourse and hospitality area. When you arrive in Tattenham Straight
Hospitality you will be issued with a swing badge, which will mean you can move freely within the Tattenham Straight
Enclosure.
CAN I ORDER A SPECIAL DIETARY MEAL FOR MY GUEST(S)?
The booker can add a guest’s dietary requirements via My Account. Any allergies, severe intolerances or kosher
requests need to be made no later than one week before the event. We always do our best to accommodate all dietary
requirements, but requests made less than 5 days before the event cannot be guaranteed.
ARE THE HOSPITALITY AREAS ACCESSIBLE?
Tattenham Straight Hospitality is fully accessible.
WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO MEET GUESTS?
We encourage all guests to meet in their hospitality area. Our hospitality team will escort you and your guests to your
table when you arrive.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Gentlemen must wear a jacket and collar (ties aren’t compulsory, but are encouraged). Ladies are asked to wear a
fascinator or hat. Children should be smartly dressed.
IS THERE PARKING AT EPSOM DOWNS RACECOURSE?
Car parking is included in your package, one pass per 4 guests, on requests. Please call your Account Manager or the
Events Team to order parking passes. Minibus and coach parking is available on a first come first served basis, so please
contact us as soon as possible if you need one of these passes.
HOW DO I GET TO EPSOM DOWNS RACECOURSE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
Trains run from Waterloo station to Epsom station, in the town centre, 2 miles from the racecourse. A shuttle bus is
operated by London General Buses from the station to the racecourse and back (cost applies). The bus is the 406F and
will be easy to find at the station. Alternatively there is a taxi rank outside the station. Epsom Downs station is closer
to the racecourse but the journey time is longer from Waterloo. Taxis can be taken from outside the station, or it’s a 30
minute walk.
HOW DO I BOOK TICKETS FOR THE OFFICIAL HOSPITALITY AFTER-PARTY?
A Held in The Winning Post, the after-party is celebrating its fifth birthday this year. Starting after the hospitality areas
close and finishing at 9pm on Ladies Day and 10pm on Derby Day, live music will be supplied by Mojo Flux, a distinctive
combination of live trumpet, trombone and DJ. Tickets can be ordered by calling your Account Manager, or the Events
Team on 020 8843 7700.
