MESSAGE
Bismillah,
The Year 12 High Achievers Awards has returned
with newer and bigger targets in sight. Over the
years we have been able to celebrate hundreds of
high achieving students all over Australia whom
have now progressed further into society whether
it be at their respective universities or other
occupations.
The sole purpose of the awards is to celebrate
the amazing achievement of students; that is
attaining an ATAR of 90+. This is backed by
ensuring that we empower these students to
become positive contributors in the community
in the best manner possible.
Human Appeal Australia is proud of these
awards and even prouder of these students whom
achieved high academic results. Education is a
priority within our charitable portfolio and we

Our Motivation
At Human Appeal, we believe we have a social responsibility to support our youth.
It is our duty as the ‘adults’ to look ahead and open up opportunities for the generation that will
eventually take our place. We have successfully run the event for over a decade honouring more
than a thousand Muslim students in the time, seeing students return to give thanks for the

Sponsorship
Agreement
Human Appeal Australia is currently accepting sponsorships for the Yr 12 Muslim Achievement
Awards in March 2019. You can secure a position by completing and signing the agreement below and
submitting it directly to your local state office, or via email: info@humanappeal.org.au.
Once an employee has spoken with you, your company logo, business card and all relevant
information will be requested.

Terms of Agreement:
1. The Sponsee is obliged to fulfill the rights of the sponsor in accordance to the type of sponsorship package chosen.
2. The Sponsor agrees to provide sponsorships in the form of Cash or Bank Transfer payable to the Sponsee 3 weeks
before the event at the latest.
3. Where one party is unable to carry out its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control
or which it could not have prevented, those obligations are suspended whilst those circumstances continue, provided the
other party is notified and the first party uses its best endeavors to overcome the circumstances preventing its obligations
from being carried out.
4. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall not be disclosed to any third parties without the prior written consent
of both parties.
5. The rights of either party under this agreement shall not be transferable or assignable either in whole or in part.
