SEPT 2021 SWEATSHOP NEWS MAKE A FALL COMEBACK PLAN The SweatsShop team is working hard to meet your health and fitness needs at a time when it is more important than ever. In the evolving landscape of the pandemic and our internal world of the SweatShop, here’s what you need to know to get the most out of your workouts, your membership, our community, and how to find out about changes coming your way. We are offering daily drop in classes, small group, and private training sessions with 3 options: In- Studio, Hybrid, and Virtual. We welcome everyone into the studio with our current vaccine policy and will continue to monitor the situation to keep everyone safe. We have added Small Group Training sessions to all memberships, are switching to a new virtual workout platform with an extensive video library, adjusted Perkville to better reflect where the big rewards come from, and we are hiring new staff and trainers to meet your needs for both workouts and engagement. We are encouraging everyone to PLAN at least 30 days out with RSVPs, OPT INS, and the right package or membership to guarantee we can meet your needs. To help you plan and navigate, check out our Fall Cheat Sheet & Glossary on page two. YOU'RE INVITED TO OUR SEPTEMBER EVENTS September 25, 9-11am: In-Studio Open House. FALL CHEAT SHEET & GLOSSARY Need a refresher on changes, policies, and SweatShop lingo? Read on! Vaccine Policy. The SweatShop now requires proof of COVID vaccination to workout in the studio. Cards can be emailed or shown at check-in. We do not keep copies of cards on file. Mask Policy. We currently do not require masks, but will continue to monitor the situation. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, please do so and ask your trainer to wear one as well. In-Studio. We welcome you all back In-Studio! In-Studio sessions are shown on the schedule as either In-Studio or Hybrid. We clean after every session and set up safe distances between trainers whenever possible. Our class and group numbers also reflect this safe distancing. Hybrid. Hybrid classes are offered either In-Studio or virtually for those who continue to train remotely. Please choose Virtual or In-Studio when you RSVP for these classes and groups. Virtual. Private sessions and some SGTs are available virtually as we meet client requests (and sometimes staff) who are living abroad or need to quarantine while waiting for a test result. Semi-Private Sessions. These are private training sessions with 2 - 3 people and require semi packages based on the trainer level. SGT. As a training club, Small Group Training (SGT) sessions are the second most common way to workout (after private sessions.) These sessions are designated on the schedule as Groups for anyone to join. Although we launch groups with 4-5 people, our goal is 6 people minimum to keep the group going. Note - Reformer SGTs have replaced Reformer classes from the past. Opt-In. Securing a reoccurring training time is key to getting your workouts at the time you want with the trainer you prefer. Signing up for "Opt-In" allows you to RSVP for that slot and when you have 3-4 sessions remaining on your package, we will automatically purchase another 10X package for you to hold the reservations. You may cancel out of any session without a fee up to 24 hours before the session. The Opt-In form is available through Guest Services. Perkville. Earn rewards for showing up to training, referring a friend, or trying a new Intro package. See Guest Services for an updated Perkville flier with current points and how to use them. Navigation Sessions. Because communication and changes can be challenging, we offer a short session with a Guest Services team member to explain what we offer, help make your plan, download the SweatShop app, log into MindBody and more. This is customizable coaching, booked at your convenience. We recommend this for everyone, every couple of months! Be a friend. Bring a friend. Your referrals are the best way new people find us. We encourage you to bring a friend to any open event, or make an RSVP through Guest Services to bring your guest to a class or session. When you do, both of you will earn Perkville points for this good deed! Still have questions? We're here to help! Contact us at tellmemore@sweatshopfitness.com.
