Mardi Gras Houses transformed into "Yardi Gras Floats"
Super Bowl Sunday Selections!
Kansas City Loaded Spicy Nachos
[ 2-4 lbs. pork roast, tortilla chips, cheese, onions-sliced, jalapenos-sliced, black beans
(optional), red or green peppers-sliced (optional) ]
The night before the game, cook the pork roast in a slow cooker. The next morning,
preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pull pork into shreds and set aside in a bowl. Arrange
the tortilla chips, pork, cheese, onions, jalapenos & peppers in layers in a pan. Place in
oven & bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 8-10 servings

sliced, 1/4 lb Swiss cheese-thinly sliced, 1/4 lb Italian salami-thinly sliced, yellow mus-
tard for garnish, mayonnaise for garnish, dill pickle for garnish ]
Split the Cuban bread lengthwise. cut the bread into six 8 inch pieces. Spread mustard
on the bottom of each sandwich. Spread mayonnaise on the top of each sandwich.
Evenly divide the ham, pork, cheese, & salami on each sandwich. Place pickles on top
of the salami, then arrange the sandwich tops. Heat a sandwich press. Press each
sandwich until it is heated through & the cheese has melted. Serve warm.
