Roles and Scope of Consultation • Role of Company Representatives: • Represent Ponticelli & Semco Maritime in the consultation process • On-pass information received from PBS Management regarding the proposed changes to existing terms and conditions of employment and benefits • Provide information & respond to questions from the Employee Representatives about the proposed changes to existing terms and conditions of employment and benefits • Receive information from Employee Representatives • Role of Employee Representatives: • Receive information from and give information to the Company Representatives • Pass information to employees that the Company Representatives provide in relation to the proposed changes to existing terms and conditions of employment and benefits • Represent the employees by getting their views, opinions and suggestions • Raise employee questions and get a response on their behalf MONTHLY SITE CONSULTATION/ 2021 4 PBS Restricted Distribution – All Rights Reserved
Proposal – Alignment of Allowances/Benefits Allowance/Benefit Proposal ESA Compared to ESA Xmas/New Year £105/day payable when required to work on 25, 26 December and 1, 2 £105 for 25, 26 Same January.
