A Note From Fr. Bill . . . RELIGIOUS EDUCATION Our Diocese of Green Bay is encouraging all Religious Education programs that are able to do so, to resume classes this Fall, with appropriate criteria in place. We are considering many options to adapt our program for our families so we are able to resume faith for- mation and sacramental preparation. Religious Education families, please watch the bulle- tin and mail for the criteria and preparation of return- ing to religious education. Blessings to you! We want to continue to welcome everyone as we enjoy the celebration of public Mass again! It is good to see so many of you! The Green Bay Diocese is in Phase II of the reopening of our churches and so each church may allow up to 25% of their seating capacity both on the weekend and weekday—which for our St. Joseph Church is 85 people. - It should be noted though that the dispensation from the Sunday Obligation of the Mass remains during Phase II. The faithful should use their best judgement as to whether or not to attend. Those who are not sick or frail due to illness or age are encouraged to come to Mass. Act of Spiritual Communion During this time when many of us are not able to attend, or for various reasons, choose not to attend Mass and receive Holy Communion, we can still make an Act of Spiritual Communion. Below is the prayer for Spir- itual Communion which we can say every day: My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen. Annual Seminarian Collection A spiritual family needs spiritual fathers. That is why the 15 th Annual Seminarian Collection: Hope for the Fu- ture, Help them Today is so important.
