caper dip – Shaw River Mozzarella – 2 balls Smoked Chicken Breast – 1 (250gm)
Smokehouse smoked ocean trout - 200gm Vine ripened tomato – 3 Caperberries – 12
Baby capers - 30gm (rinsed & drained) Baby Capers – 20gm Irrewarra Baguette – 2
Lemon - 1 x rind & juice Spanish onion – 20gm Istra Sliced Prosciutto – 150gm
