Teacher Features
701. Kindergarten – Mrs. Landis: Enjoy a backyard barbecue at our home in Sellersville for
you and your family with Mr. and Mrs. Landis! Includes a BBQ meal, along with your choice of
activities (hiking in the woods, backyard games, swimming or firepit). Event to be scheduled
at a mutually agreed upon time.
702. 1st Grade – Mrs. Kulp: Lunch out during a school day with Mrs. Kulp for you and a
friend! Your choice of a local restaurant; must be used by the end of this school year.
703. 2nd Grade – Mrs. Disert: Movie night for you and a friend at the Broad Theater in
Souderton. Enjoy a G or PG rated movie, popcorn and drinks!
704. 5th Grade – Mrs. Saunders: Let’s go bowling! You and two students will do bowling
and pizza with Mrs. Saunders on a Sunday night from 5-7 p.m.
705. Middle School ELA – Mrs. Coyle: A pool party at my house in Harleysville with snacks!
To be held before the end of June, and date and number of people will be determined later.
706. Middle School Math – Miss Sabrina: Bowling for you and a friend at Earl Bowl in
Earlington, plus lunch out at a local restaurant of your choice! Expires at the end of this
summer.
707. Gym/Middle School Science – Mrs. Schreier: You and two friends can win an
amazing, all-expenses paid trip for one 18-hole miniature golf round at Freddy Hill Farms!

HOW IT WORKS:
How to Register to Bid Online:
• Either scan our QR code or go to https://gcsonline.cbo.io. After selecting “Register Now,” enter
the required information, then select “SUBMIT.”
• You will receive a text with your bidder number and a link to receive your one-time login code;
select that link.
• You will receive another text with your one-time login code; enter that code and select “Next.”
• Confirm you are the name listed, then select “Continue.”
• Once logged in, you are ready to bid when it opens! Select “Bid/Info” on an item to read details
and place a bid.
• Select “MENU > MY ITEMS” to view your activity throughout the event. You will receive a text
whenever you have been outbid along with the link, so don’t let that special item get away!
• Use the Blue Gear icon in the top left corner of the bidding site to update your information during
the auction.
• To find out if you won an item once the auction has closed, look for the red “Pay!” button at the
top of your screen, or look under “MENU/MY ITEMS” to view everything that you have won.
• To pick up your winning items at the online silent auction table, show the volunteer your screen
with your winning items listed.
• Our volunteers will be happy to place an item bid for you. Just check back after 1:30 p.m. to see
if you’ve won your item(s).
• You can use your silent auction bidding number for the live auction, too! Pick up your yellow paper
bidder number and program at the Treasurer’s Table.
Checkout From Your Phone:
• To pay by credit card, you can securely checkout on your phone. We accept Mastercard, Visa,
Discover, and American Express. There is a small fee for paying by credit card.
• Payment is not automatic if you have a credit card already on file. Select the red “Pay!” button at
the top of your bidding screen to proceed to checkout. You can enter your card information there
or use the card already on file.
• For one checkout, wait until all auction items (silent and live) have closed. A receipt will be
emailed to you after checkout is complete.
Checkout at the Treasurer’s Table
• When paying by cash or check, DO NOT check out on your phone.
• Checkout by cash or check at the Treasurer’s Table Saturday or when picking up your item(s) at
the school.
|6|Auction Rules
1. All bidders for both the live and online silent auction must have a bidder number, obtained on
our online bidding site or at our Treasurer’s Table.
2. All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on any item.
3. The auctioneer shall not be liable to any purchaser of any item and decisions made by the
auctioneer shall be final.
4. Full payment by successful bidders must be made before items are taken. Payment by cash,
check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express are accepted.
5. Purchasers are asked to respect any special time limits and expirations on gift certificates.
The donor is not obligated to honor their gift certificate after it has expired.
6. The school does not keep copies of gift certificates. After winning, the buyer is responsible for
the safekeeping of all gift certificates.
7. All purchased items must be removed by the winners from the gym by 4 p.m. auction day;
if an online silent auction winner is not present, items must be picked up during school hours
the week after the auction.
