Vuokatti Sport Institute
Vuokatti Sport Institute is in the heart of the ski tracks’ starting point, which makes it easy to change trails
and enjoy the variety of routes in the region. There is a wide network of ski tracks. The first tracks are
open for training already in October and in mid-winter there are more than 150 km of well-groomed tracks.
Approximately 32 km of the trail network is illuminated. Natural snow arrives in November-December, and the
season continues until April. Due to the diverse landscape, Vuokatti provides cross country skiing facilities for
top athletes as well as fitness enthusiasts. Every year, the ski trail networks serve numerous cross-country
skiing events, including both national and international FIS standard competitions.
