The class Zoom links will be sent 72 hours prior to the course starting day. 6
Terms and conditions The course fees are included of UAE Vat and also include 1 digital material copy, a hard copy is available for the program at an additional cost by our recommended supplier. Public groups consist of 30 hours for a Central European Framework level and is based on an enrolment of 5 + students per group. The average course size is 5 to 7 students. If prior to the group starting it has under the required student number (2-4) enrolled, the group will be turned into a semi private group at 20 hours with no additional cost. Once enrolled in a group, a student can request to be moved to another group and schedule as long as it is done minimum 7 days prior to the starting date of the group enrolled in. All of our teachers are native of the target language and during the course, on occasion, if a teacher is unwell or unable to attend the lesson due to an emergency, a replacement teacher will be provided, this trainer will be fully briefed on the progress of the group. Once a student starts a group, he/she cannot request to be moved to another group with a different schedule. Course fee will not be refunded once a group has started. A recording of the group classes is available for later viewing, however, we do require permission from every student prior to the course starting if this is to be actioned. Every program ends with a final exam that is made up of two parts, written and verbal. In order to move to the next CEFR level, a student needs to reach a test score of minimum of 70%. Every student is updated with a progress report, recommendation and a certification at the end of each level upon completing his/her final exam. 7
