GNAP is a partnership between Goodman (55%) and the Canada Pension Plan Investment
Board (CPPIB) (45%). CPPIB is Canada’s largest public pension plan with assets in excess of
$349.3 billion ($33 billion invested in the real estate sector). Goodman is one of the largest listed
industrial property groups globally, and has $51.7 billion of assets under management, gearing
of 7.5% and underdrawn debt and equity of $11.9 billion.
GNAP is a long-term owner of assets with a target investment period in excess of 15 years.
$5.5 billion of equity has been committed by the partners providing an acquisition capacity of
circa $7 billion. GNAP has identified a development pipeline of 22.3 million sqft with a build
