Dear Friends,
Thank you for considering Snorkel Park Beach Co. Ltd, for your summer function.
Snorkel Park Beach (SPB) is a multi-function event and entertainment venue, ideal for all types of recreational events.
All the exciting water sports and activities you could want, in one fantastic beach location! Enjoy a guided Safari Jet Ski tour,
kayak on turquoise waters or snorkel over stunning coral reefs just a few feet from our sheltered beach. Kids love our
inflatable waterslides, shallow coves, fun floats, paddleboards, pedal boats, and water hammocks too! Join in a game of
beach volleyball, build a sandcastle or just relax on your beach lounger or catch some R&R, with a bite to eat, a cool frozen
drink and just watch the Bermudaful day go by.
Hammerheads Bar & Grill at SPB, is the only place to really relax and unwind island-style. Enjoy delicious food, pub snacks
and the most refreshing frozen cocktails or swizzles at our huge terrace bar, while you take in the beach, ocean and sunset
views. Evenings, we host exciting themed events where you can savor your favorite local dishes while enjoying quality local
entertainment and a variety of interactive games and competitions. And, when the sun goes down, the beach heats up with
our open-air top 40’s nightclub, where you will enjoy the islands best DJ’s, video DJ’s, international guest performers and
dancing into the early morning hours.
We also host events of different sizes, from small office afternoon retreats to large-scale picnics (800ppl), or evening
entertainment packages, concerts up to 3500ppl and elaborate, elegant weddings. We have the location, staff and facilities,
all in one of Bermuda’s most picturesque settings.
Through the overwhelming demand for our unique facilities during the past few years, we have created packages for 2019 that
we feel may best suit your company’s needs. Inside you will find the following information: A variety of Event Options, Park
Information, Water Sports and Beach Equipment, Games, Entertainment, Food and Beverage Menu Options, and all relevant

Due to our demanding schedule for 2019, we have selected Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons as being the primary
time frame for these types of functions. Of course, any other dates will be considered, depending on your requirements and
our bookings.

III- BEACH AND WATER TOYS:
All beach and water sports equipment will be available for rent from our water sports gazebo and include the following: Life
vests, kayaks, pedal boats, paddleboards, snorkel gear, inflatable water toys, noodles, chaise lounges and umbrellas, etc.
*Beach equipment and water toys are included in exclusive and semi-exclusive packages
Jet Ski Safaris:
This is the most popular activity during our corporate parties. Activity involves exhilarating open-water guided tours. $165.00
per Jet Ski, per hour (includes gratuities). We currently house approx. 8 jet skis and can accommodate more depending on
your needs. Should you require any additional outside jet skis, an additional rental charge, per Jet Ski per hour will be
implemented.
Aggressive, abusive and/or intoxicated riders will not be tolerated. In addition, due to the high turbulence of the ride, no
toddlers, pregnant women, & people with back and/or neck problems can ride. Driver must be over 16 years of age, maximum
2 persons (max. 400lbs)
40 ft Inflatable Water Slide: (exclusive group offering only)
A must for all events with children attending, and a great addition for companies looking for a ton of laughs!
($500.00 for the entire time of your event)
Fun Castles:
A large variety of fun castles can be added to any package, starting from as low as $400.00
Water Tag (exclusive group offering only)
A wet & wild fun activity for kids of all ages. Up to 8 participants at a time will battle it out with high-tech water guns inside an

Games and sporting activities can be customized and especially created for your group. Some of our client’s favorites include
our Dockyard Scavenger Hunt and Themed Beach Relays… additional game options include… treasure hunts, kayak races,
inflatable races, minute to win it, beach volleyball/beach soccer tournaments, tug-o-war, sandcastle competitions, beach
Olympics, Beer Pong and more…
Games are a great way to add some fun and encourage team building to any event!
Entertainment (exclusive group offering only):
Our new and fabulous MC/DJ can now be booked for your event to MC throughout your event’s activities and entertainment.
Live bands, local DJ’s and karaoke operators can also be added to your package and we would be happy to incorporate this
into your event! Need advice? Ask us for our personal favourites!
Misc Services:
Additional tents, seating arrangements, photographers, décor and theming can be added into your package as required.
Transportation
For your transportation needs we can arrange minivan services to provide a private charter for your group to and from Snorkel
Park Beach. Perfect for a fun based day or evening. Show your guests how much you care by providing a responsible way to
return your participants home safely after a few cocktails.

Snorkel Park Beach would be happy to help build your customized event and provide you with a quote to assist you with any
budget constraints for your convenience.
We will put together a contract for your event and you can also contact our Event Coordinator for further assistance.
VI - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposits:
Upon confirmation of your booking, a payment of 50% of the venue fee is to be made to Snorkel Park Beach Co. Ltd. and is
non-refundable. 50% of overall estimated quote must be paid 14 days before event date... The balance is to be paid
within 5 days after the event, upon final invoicing. After such time a 5% finance charge will be added to all balances
not paid in full.
Catering:
1) Menu options and guaranteed number of attendees is needed 7 days prior to the event. If a final number is not
communicated prior to this time limit, then billing will be made for the last number communicated, or the number in
attendance at the function, whichever is greater.
2) Due to health and safety/sanitation codes, buffets are limited to one and a half hours. Due to this, it is the
responsibility of Snorkel Park Beach to dispose of any leftovers, and therefore buffet items remain the property of
Snorkel Park Beach and may not be removed from the park.
Security:
Security staff is required for all exclusive events. A guest list should be provided to the Snorkel Park Management and/or
event attendees must be equipped with wristband or other similar form of identification. Should neither be provided, the
assistance of a designated company representative at the gate is mandatory. No persons on the SPB `banned` list, will be
admitted to the park for any event, regardless of paid venue fee.
Water Safety:
There is no life guard on duty at the Snorkel Park Beach. However, life vests are available for all children and non-swimming
adults along with a first-aid kit located within our water sports cabana. If you feel you require a lifeguard please advise, and
this shall be added to your corporate package. St. John’s Ambulance first-aid services can be added to your event should you
require (applicable to exclusive bookings only).

*Weather/Cancellation Policy:
Snorkel Park Beach is predominately an outdoor venue, and is subject to Mother Nature, just as we all are. Therefore, please
note…
1) Snorkel Park Beach reserves the right to move planned outdoor functions of no more than 50 people to the upstairs
bar and lounge, when forecasted weather conditions threaten the ability to efficiently cater the function on the beach
and lower deck.
2) Snorkel Park Beach reserves the right to make any and all weather calls 24 hours in advance -including postponing
your event, if necessary- therefore we suggest that you choose a convenient rain date for said event. (Weather calls
can be made by the company representative no later than 72 hours in advance)
3) Should your event be postponed, Snorkel Park Beach will provide alternative rain dates or appropriate event
alternative, within the same season. And, you will not be charged for any vendors, supplies or perishable items,
(except any “special order” perishable items not included in our pre-set packages, and non-SPB vendor charges
incurred)
4) Should you not be satisfied with the rain date options presented, the contract is said to be cancelled by the client, and
the booking deposit will be retained by the resort, to cover initial event costs, such as: all services and charges
incurred by vendors, supplies, and perishable items.
Although these issues do not arise often, they are difficult situations for both Snorkel Park Beach and our clients. We value
your business, so wherever possible we will try to accommodate you, on a case by case basis.
Damages/Theft:
Snorkel Park Management will supervise all private functions. Liability for all damages to the Snorkel Park premises and
equipment will be charged accordingly. The client is held responsible for any damages done to the premises and equipment
by the client’s guests, agents or independent contractors during the period of time on the premises under the client control.
The Snorkel Park will not be responsible for damages or loss of personal property and/or equipment left on the premises prior
to, during or following a function. The Snorkel Park does not permit the affixing of anything on walls, floors, ceilings or trees
without prior approval.
The Snorkel Park cannot be held responsible for acts of God, accidents, strikes, government restrictions, transportation of
food, beverages or supplies and of all other events, whether herein or not, which may prevent or interfere with performance
and are beyond the control of the Snorkel Park Management.
Exclusivity:
The Snorkel Park Beach Property houses three separate businesses. Therefore please be advised that herein, the term
"Exclusive” is solely for the use of our facilities, and do not relate to either of the two additional businesses on property; Diving
and Mini Golf Course.

for little princes and princesses… additional children’s activities such as crafts are a cinch, and we have variety of ideas to
share with you. Special themed parties are our specialty so whether your little one adores Elmo, Hannah Montana or
