Thursday, October 10 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Avoid long registration lines: preregister online or by mail using the form on pages 10-11. CE INFORMATION TICKETS & COURSES ONLINE HANDOUTS SWDC COURSE TICKET POLICY After registering for courses, attendees with valid email addresses will receive access to handouts online. CE INFORMATION DALLAS COUNTY DENTAL SOCIETY IS AN ADA CERP RECOGNIZED PROVIDER. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Dallas County Dental Society designates one (1) credit per hour for CE activities, unless otherwise noted. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP at www.ada.org/goto/cerp. CE courses provided by Dallas County Dental Society are recognized by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, other state’s licensing bodies and the Academy of General Dentistry. In Texas, CE courses must be “technical or scientific as relates to clinical care” to qualify for relicensure. Courses are designated “technical and/or scientific” or “nontechnical.” CE requirements differ from state to state, so please check with your state for specific requirements.
