Share experience as better advices The founding premise of this project is that when facing a challenge, learning about similar experiences and their developments brings the best advice there is. The variety of experiences along with their developments allows the extraction of insights by the protagonist that resonates with her situation, while preparing the possible evolutions. We warmly invite you to join a Sharing Group, dedicated to delivering you those experiences, instead of 'You should' statements. ALUMNI

A community 9 Speaker Like you, or quite! Your Sharing Group will be composed of other EPFL Alumnae and based on the registration survey. The similarity of the personalities will facilitate the communication and have common interpretations and experiences. While having studied at the same school, the diversity of the classes, of the majors and the career paths will bring new perspectives. The regular gatherings will allow you to develop lasting bonds. A mandate 11 Speaker with multiple gatherings Your sharing group will be formed for a 6-month mandate. This will allow to deepen your bonds and leverage the growing trust. The gathering frequency is suggested as monthly. The progress of the mandate is followed via a contact person by the committee. At the end of a mandate, you have the possibility to join another group, continue in the same group or stop your participation. ALUMNI

An organisation 13 Speaker Specific to the group After the first Get-to-know evening with the group, it will be autonomous. The Sharing Group defines if they would prefer to meet in person or virtually. The timeslots are also selected by the Sharing Group. One member can be chosen to lead the gatherings. One member will act as contact person with the committee to ensure a good progress of the mandate. ALUMNI
