Sixth Form Weekly Bulletin Edition Number: 25 EPQ Presentations EPQ presentations have started in earnest this week and already there has been some fantastic feedback from the staff who have seen them. It has been a long, hard slog for many of you who embarked upon EPQ projects last year. With repeated national lockdowns hampering various parts in the process, not to mention contributing to an inevitable lack of motivation, we salute you for your endurance and commitment. It has been difficult, but hopefully it will be worth it in the end. Uniform Reminder Sadly, it is necessary for us to once again reiterate the dress code; particularly in relation to skirts. Skirts should be ‘half way between hip and knee and not made from stretchy/t-shirt fabric’. Please ensure that you are not wearing clothes to sixth form which do not meet with our dress code requirements, or you will be sent home to change. Thank you in advance for your co-operation. Update from the Head Boy and Girl This week sees our return after the Easter break, and what an exciting return we have had! We have been organising our (Covid regulations permitting) end of year meal for Year 13. If you are in Year 13 please fill out the form regarding this, sent to you before Easter. Year 13 are very busy with our assessment period; we wish our peers the best of luck in this time, we know that you will do amazingly and demonstrate your hard work and dedication. Finally, we are preparing for the new Head Boy/Girl interviews next week, and starting the handover process. The applications sound incredible and we are looking forward to hearing your pitches next week! Another 'good luck' message to those completing their EPQ presentations over the coming weeks, you will all be amazing. Ted tv of the week ‘What makes a good life?
