CONGREGATION Fri 1 October, 2pm & 7pm Sat 2 October, 11am & 2pm One ticket/orb is £5 – 1 person or small groups of up to 4 people can join per ticket/orb An amazing sonic voyage through the streets of Goole Junction brings acclaimed international artist Ray Lee’s sonic masterpiece, Congregation to Goole this October, in a celebration of community and being together again. Congregation is an interactive, sonic adventure that can be enjoyed solo or in groups of up to four people. It takes place in the streets and parks of our town. In Congregation you are made a guardian of a magical, silver sphere which seemingly has a mind of its own. The sphere takes each audience member on a listening voyage, telling them which way to walk by the sounds it makes – go in the right direction and your sphere will make a happy sound. Take a wrong turn and your sphere will alert you with unhappy noises. Each individual orb will guide its guardian on a different journey through familiar streets and less explored corners to a secret location where all the spheres come together in a symphonic, pulsating web of electronic sound. The exact location of your mystery start point in Goole Town Centre will be sent to you by email before the event. Participants will need to be able to walk for around 20-30 minutes. The event lasts around 40 minutes in total.

This gig promises to be a special event as Sandra’s Wedding invite special guests to join them in playing through a selection of their original material which has won several BBC Introducing ‘Track of The Week’ awards.
