ABOUT DXN APARTMENTS Situated at the top of Dixon Street and just off Willis and Victoria Streets, the DXN Apartments will be at the heart of Wellington and everything it has to offer. The three-tower, 19-story complex will contribute to both the skyline and the ongoing development of the CBD as the residential and cultural hub of the city. 228 apartments will be broken into 114 titles, each including a one-bedroom and studio unit.
