The University of Michigan has the listed equipment for sale on a bid basis. We reserve the right to sell to the highest
bidder or reject all bids if they do not meet our expectations. The university reserves the right to award in part, in
whole, or not at all. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including by way of example only and
without limitation, any quotation that does not contain all the requested information.
Sale of this equipment is on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” basis. These items may not meet “OSHA-MIOSHA”
specifications.
Successful bidders are responsible for removal of their equipment. They are also responsible for all damages,
accidents, and all other liabilities, which are incurred in the disassembly and removal. Items DO NOT include software
unless noted.
All bids should be emailed to: sealedbids@umich.edu. Payment for vehicles is to be made in US funds and must
be paid via cashier’s check only. Payment for all other bid items is to be made in US funds. Payment must be received
before scheduling an appointment to pick up items. All sales are final. No international sales. Tax will be charged at
Property Disposition and added to the successful bid. If you are tax-exempt, you must provide us with a copy of your
tax-exempt certificate.
All information on this bid is given to the best of our knowledge. The bidder is responsible for authenticity and
accuracy of all information listed on this form. We will record only one bid from each name and/or associated phone
number. Property Disposition has the right to recycle any item on this bid list back into the University of Michigan prior
to payment.
Your signed Bid Form, including all pages containing your bids must be submitted to sealedbids@umich.edu
to be considered.
Bid results will be posted at procurement.umich.edu/bid-results. High-bid information will not be released until all
items are picked up. Please check the webpage for results.

● All hard drives have been removed from computers, items, and equipment unless otherwise indicated.
● Each bid lot is initially listed with a reserve price. Winning bids must meet or exceed the listed reserve price. If the lot is
not awarded in the initial round, the reserve price is adjusted or eliminated and the lot is relisted in a subsequent round.
● In the case of a tie, the bid lot is awarded to the first bid received.
● All items sold as-is/where-is. No refunds will be given. At this time, customers are unable to inspect or test items before
submitting a bid, so please bid appropriately.
