Delta Changes 2020/H1 Recruiting Management Enhancements to Self-Service Reports in Recruiting Posting Business Rules for Completed Assessments in Recruiting Business Rule Support for Drag-and-Drop in Recruiting Business Rules for Completed Background Checks in Recruiting Mass Offer Approval of Candidates
Imminent Candidate Purge Notification for DRM 2.0 and DRTM Purge Data Retention Management (DRM 2.0) and Data Retention Time Management (DRTM) purge now supports the capability to send advance notifications to inactive candidates, before their profiles are purged. Inactive candidates are candidates who haven’t logged in to their accounts for the number of days configured as the inactivity period. By sending reminders to inactive candidates, you give them the opportunity to ensure that their profiles aren’t permanently deleted from the system.
Direct Access to Candidate Profile Recruiting users can now access a candidate's profile directly using a link forwarded to them in an e- mail that is triggered when using the Forward to Colleague functionality. The name of the candidate is a hyperlink in the e-mail. Users with necessary permissions can access the candidate profile directly using the link included in the e-mail. Including the candidate's name as hyperlink in the e-mail provides easy and fast navigation to the candidate profile. In the current version, you can add the Online Content and content structure first before defining settings that drive actions such as launch, course progression, completion, and objective behavior. In the previous version, you had to define Online Content settings and attributes when adding to the Online Content to the Item. Then you defined the settings for the Online Content from Modify Settings.
Changes to Enabling Candidate Search Based on DPCS Acceptance The candidate search functionality can be configured to ensure that candidates (internal and external) are searchable if they’ve accepted at least one version of the Data Privacy Consent Statement (DPCS). This functionality can now be configured independently for both internal and external candidates. Searching for candidates based on DPCS acceptance status can be controlled independently for both internal and external candidates.
Display Interview Questions in Interview Central Recruiting Universal
Display Interview Questions in Interview Central Interviewers can now view interview questions linked to a Job Requisition in the Print and Go pack in Interview Central. Interview questions are added by the recruiters to a Job Requisition through the Job Profile.
Display Interview Questions in Interview Central Once the “Print and Go” is selected, the interview questions will be visible on the bottom of the page
Notification to Organizers When Interview Invites Are Not Delivered Recruiting Admin Opt-in
Notification to Organizers When Interview Invites Are Not Delivered Organizers now receive an e-mail notification when an interview invite e-mail fails to be delivered to an interviewer. Failure notifications for undelivered interview invitation e-mails help the organizers take timely action to inform interviewers about an upcoming interview.
Notification to Organizers When Interview Invites Are Not Delivered Organizers now receive an e-mail notification when an interview invite e- mail fails to be delivered to an interviewer. Failure notifications for undelivered interview invitation e-mails help the organizers take timely action to inform interviewers about an upcoming interview. E-mails can be triggered by enabling a new e-mail trigger titled, Interview Invite Failure Notification to Organizers, and associating it with the appropriate e-mail template.
Reschedule and Update Interviews Recruiting Universal
Reschedule and Update Interviews Organizers can now reschedule or update a previously scheduled interview. With this feature, you can: • Modify interviewers, interview location, interview date, interview type, time slots, and the duration of a previously scheduled interview. • Schedule an interview to reserve time slots without first adding interviewers. This feature simplifies the process of scheduling interviews and managing changes for previously scheduled interviews.
Direct Access to Application Profile Recruiting Universal
Direct Access to Application Profile Recruiting users can now copy and share an Application URL from the Job Application summary screen. With this enhancement, you can: • Generate and send the application profile link by e-mail or chat. • Access the application profile directly by clicking on this link. Support Position Generic Object on Job Requisition and Job Offer Recruiting Admin Opt-in
Support Position Generic Object on Job Requisition and Job Offer You can now create a requisition for a position without copying all the attributes of that position into the requisition fields. You can reference the position attributes directly from the requisition that avoids duplication of data and ensures your recruiters have access to the latest information of the position directly from the requisition. In addition, you can now create a single requisition for multiple positions, so candidates only need to apply once for jobs that are similar. Position field now supports one or more than one value. You can create one requisition for similar positions by selecting more than one value for the position. This reduces the administrative overhead for a recruiter to maintain multiple requisitions for similar positions. You’re able to generate an offer for a Position that was selected on the requisition.
Support Position Generic Object on Job Requisition and Job Offer The Screenshot shows that the position field now supports multiple values.
Redirect Candidates to Complete Multistage Application Fields Post Offer Acceptance Recruiting Admin Opt-in
Redirect Candidates to Complete Multistage Application Fields Post Offer Acceptance Configuration Requirements: You can now capture any additional information from candidates after they've accepted an offer by redirecting them to the application page. By capturing additional candidate information immediately after an offer is accepted, you can minimize candidate follow-up actions and delays.
