DAY 1 Arrive in San Antonio, Texas: Stay four nights right in the
center of all the action on San Antonio’s famous Riverwalk. Meet
your Tour Manager in the lobby at 5:00 p.m. for a welcome get
together at the Drury Plaza’s Manager’s Kickback.
DAY 2 San Antonio Touring and The Alamo: A local guide joins
to explore the area’s rich history with visits to Mission San Jose,
Mission San Juan Capistrano and Mission Concepcion. Later,
head to the El Mercado, an authentic Mexican Marketplace for on
own lunch and plenty of shopping. In the afternoon, pay a visit to
The Alamo. This famous fort is where Davy Crockett and 185 other
“Texans” fought against Mexico. See the museum and enjoy the
spectacular IMAX movie, Alamo – The Price of Freedom. Meals: B, D
DAY 3 LBJ National Historic Park and National Museum of the
Pacific War: Travel through the Texas Hill Country for a visit to the
Lyndon Baines Johnson National Historic Park. In Johnson City,
visit the boyhood home of LBJ, before arriving in Stonewall and
the LBJ Ranch and Texas White House. See LBJ’s presidential
airplane, automobiles and visit the Texas White House where the
nation’s business was often conducted. Enjoy an included lunch in
Fredericksburg before visiting the National Museum of the Pacific
War, a one-of-a-kind museum which covers the War in the Pacific

DAY 4 Frontier Times Museum, Bandera and Paseo del Rio

GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS:
RESERVATIONS, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:
A deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking. All cancellations are subject to a $200 per person
A.C.T. administration fee, plus a future credit of $300 from Mayflower Tours or penalty as stipulated by that
company. Final payment due August 27, 2023. Cancellations made after August 27, 2023 will be charged
full deposit and any additional fees levied by ground operators and A.C.T. in accordance with their regulations, penalties,
and out of pocket expenses (non-refundable deposits, telephone calls, cables, etc.) and Mayflower Tours. Late final
payment subject to immediate cancellation of reservation; reinstatement subject to availability and price increase.
HOTELS: Per person prices are based on two persons sharing a room with 2 beds or king or queen, plus private
facilities at first class hotels (4-star) per itinerary or similar hotels in rooms with private facilities. Single
supplement: $809
INCLUDED: Seven meals, 4 breakfasts, one lunch and 2 dinners; Comprehensive guided sightseeing as described,
special welcome and farewell dinners. Airport transfers.
NOT INCLUDED: Airfare; gratuities to bus drivers and to Tour Manager/guide; any meals, snacks and beverages including
wines, liquors, and mineral waters which are not included in program. Items of a personal nature; travel insurance. Luggage fee
on airline. Optional tours and sightseeing other than what is included in itinerary.
DOCUMENTS: In case of human or computer error, A.C.T. reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or
service. A.C.T. Inc. cannot and will not be responsible for any delay, damage and/or loss, including missed portions
of the programs, which are a result of passengers losing/not having proper documents.
RESPONSIBILITY: Adult School Travel and Adult Customized Tours (A.C.T.) Inc., 555 South Sunrise Way Suite 219,
Palm Springs CA 92264 and their agents shall act merely as intermediaries between national travel operators including
Mayflower Tours and Cruises and passengers in making arrangements for any services including airlines, hotels, transportation,
restaurants; and does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay to person or
property due to an act of negligence or of default of any hotel and airline company, carrier, restaurant, company or person
rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by any act of terrorism or by animal or by God. Passengers are responsible
for obtaining proper and valid government documents ie. passports/visas. Furthermore, no responsibilities are accepted for any
damage, delay, or re-routings due to sickness including Covid or similar viruses, pilferage, labor disputes, force majeure,
machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, pandemics and weather or any causes beyond its personal control. No
responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routings or acts of any government or authority.
A.C.T. is be held blameless and airlines or bus lines concerned are not to be held responsible for changes in schedules or
gateways, or any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage
contract in use by the airlines and cruise companies concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between
transportation providers and the purchases of this trip and/or passenger. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to
this contract or the breach thereof shall be settled by the Better Business Bureau arbitration by an independent intermediary, and
the judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The payment
for a reservation on the trip shall constitute consent to all provisions in the General Information and Conditions as published
herein. Costs herein are based on prices in effect at the time of printing—June 2022-- and, in the unlikely event, are subject
to change without notice.
