Dean Nielsen It will be a year remembered for pandemic, social unrest and a Ronald Osterhout contentious election, to name just a few. Forgive my presumption, George Toner but I would venture to say 2020 changed all of us in some David Hruza personal way. With challenges, we also saw brave souls rising to the occasion. M. Jamie Stark M. Jamie Stark We faced several challenges at United Electric in 2020. We had to close our doors to the public for several weeks. However, you—our Engineering and Operations valued members—started using our SmartHub app, our drive-up window and our new Trevor Parke kiosk. When we had to quarantine, innovations in technology allowed us to work from Line Superintendent home and continue providing excellent member service. When we were shorthanded, Kay Hill fellow employees stepped up and filled the gaps. Executive Assistant/Billing Specialist We had several bright spots as well.
