Condominium Development and shares the resort property with Wyndham and its
timeshare units. All of the resort amenities, including tennis and basketball courts,

auction bid form. To bid in the live auction, hold your

2 A bid acknowledged by the live auctioneer is a legal contract
to purchase the item. In the silent auction, if the bid you have
written is certified by an auction official as the top bid – it
becomes a legal contract to purchase that silent auction item.
3 Top bidders may pay for their items at the cashier. You
may pay for all your purchases at the end of the auction.
Payment in full is mandatory on auction night.
4 Auction items will be awarded to one purchaser only. The top bid
amount of an auction item will not be split among bidders

1 You may preview the live auction from the time the doors
open until the start of the live auction. Please
feel free to come right up to the display of live auction
items. Please note any restrictions, limitations, sizes, etc.
SILENT AUCTION
1 All items have bid forms nearby. To bid on an item, write your bid
number legibly in the column labeled “Bidder Number.”
The opening bid and subsequent minimum
bid raises are predetermined.
2 The first person to place a bid number in the
“Guaranteed Purchase” box wins the item.
3 The silent auctions will close at various intervals throughout the
evening. Closing times will be announced 5 minutes
and 1 minute before closing, and counted down from
30 seconds. The closing bid will be certified by an
auction official and constitute the winning bid.
QUICK PAY
1 Simply present your credit card as you register. Your card
will be swiped and held. If you make no purchases,
your card will be deleted without being charged.
