REPORT TO THE INDUSTRY 2019-2020 Dear WIN Members and Supporters, INDUSTRY SPOTLIGHT The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) was founded to provide support for women in the collision repair industry. Almost 15 years and hundreds of members later, WIN continues to drive industry sustainability by developing women through education and connections. The strategic plan and WIN initiatives are based off the Vision to “Be THE network that drives the future of collision repair by attracting, developing and advancing women.” It is the work of the all-volunteer committees and Board that makes these goals a reality. WIN commissioned an exclusive Driving the Future – Together! study to research trends impacting the collision repair technician pipeline. The results were made available through presentation at two industry events and a whitepaper was produced for all CHERYL BOSWELL industry professionals. Chair Women’s Industry Network

EDUCATING THE INDUSTRY GROWING THE INDUSTRY WIN recognizes that we are paving the way for tomorrow’s professionals. Supporting today’s youth and showcasing the career advancement opportunities is critically important – to them and to our industry. WIN’s Annual Education Conference provides a forum for members to establish relationships with others in collision repair, develop leadership skill, and learn how to be forward-thinking in a dynamic and changing industry. Our 2019 Ft. Lauderdale, FL, conference drew a record number of attendees. Due to the pandemic, we were forced to cancel our 2020 conference, but added a monthly webinar series bringing knowledge on collision repair industry topics, the WIN organization and its mission.
